Floor Plan Choices
When most builders talk about "semi-custom choices," they're referring to a very limited number of structural options that are pre-engineered into their plans. A den or expanded master suite in lieu of a bedroom. A full bath instead of a powder room. An extra room over the garage. But if you want to raise a ceiling, or move the living room wall out a foot, or rearrange the whole second floor - well, you're out of luck. Unless you're working with Dartmoor Homes.

Because we regard each floor plan not as a product to be finished, but a place to start building the home that fits your needs and dreams. To that end, our architects, designers and craftsmen are ready to work closely with you throughout the design and construction process. If you want to make a change that's not on the blueprint, we won't tell you "it can't be done." We'll find a way it can be done - and do our best to do it within the framework of your budget.
